will provide all financing to a qualified buyer after
a 20% down payment. Balance of loan will be carried by
Seller. Payments amortized over 30 years. Note will be
all due and payable at the end of 5 years. A small buyers
premium may be required. |

American Title will issue a Policy of Title Insurance
to the new buyer insuring the property to be free of
